Over 20 forest practitioners and researchers enjoyed a beautiful fall day in the West Fraser FMA south of Highway 16. The theme of the field tour was operational density management. There were two stops. Jim Stewart of the CWFC conducted the first at the 1963 and 1984 Gregg Burn Spacing Experiments. U of A MSc. students Apsana Kafle and Francis Scaria led the second a bit further east.

More information, including some results from these trials, are available in the field tour package.
